Registration Information:
A team is formed when 12 players register. Each team must have 11 players. Any groups that have not met the required 11 registered players when registration closes will receive free agents. We will do our best to keep groups together.
Captains: Captains meeting required for all captains. If you plan on being the captain of a team, you will need to register first and then have players register under your team name. An email will be sent once you have signed up with additional team information and responsibilities as a captain. League divisions will be assigned based on overall team input in coordination with League Leadership.
Players:
I plan to create a team: If you plan to create a team you will need to register as a team captain. On the “Registration Type” screen, change the drop down to “Create a new team” to register as a Captain and create your team. Please choose a Division and give the team a name. Then you can tell participants you would like on your team to register as a team player and join your team. To become an official team, you need a minimum of 12 players. Smaller teams will be combined to make an official team after the Free Agent Social.
I plan to join a team: If you already know which team you are going to play on, change the drop down to “Join a team” on the “Registration Type” screen. Then choose the team you wish to join from the Team field drop down.
I plan to create a small group: We love seeing friends signing up together. One the “Registration Type” screen, change the drop down to “Create / Join a small group” to create a small group. Then use the “Generate Code” button to create a unique code to share with your friends. Make sure to copy this code somewhere so you can share it with all other group members.
I plan to join a small group: We love seeing friends signing up together. If you have already been given the small group code, change the drop down to “Create / Join a small group.” Then enter the code and hit validate to make sure it is available.
I plan to play but I don’t have a team: That’s fantastic! This league is about making new friends! Select “As a single participant” in the drop down while on the “Registration Type” screen. We will host a Free Agent Social where you can meet the players, teams and captains and find the team that you might like to join. This is contingent on there being enough Free Agents to have a social. At the social you may request to be placed on a team or email the Kickball officer at charlotte.kickball@stonewallsports.org.
